We started with just a basic knowledge of Chilean wines and `very red ´ taste, but with Michael’s tailor-made two and a half day tour we visited nine vineyards and built a new exiting taste for white wines. Not only do we know a lot more about Chilean wines now, but he added a new dimension to our wine taste with the white grapes that we became familiar with. Both visits have taken us to wonderful vineyards to see the different ways that the local wine is produced and have sampled many of the fine wines, whilst Michael has shown his excellent knowledge of wine in general and the specifics of the Casablanca Valley and has been able to answer many of our more detailed questions rather than us just listening to a general commentary by the vineyard guides.
